Badge Day

Today we were tasked with collecting our badges and then we got to have a free day to ourselves before the festival starts tomorrow. This morning I walked to collect both my Cannes Lions and Sports Beach badges, which was really peaceful. I got to enjoy more of the view of the buildings, boats and the beaches with everything being set up for the festival. On my way to my sports badge pick up I walked past a Formula 1 car on display outside of the Casino and I found that to be very cool because it's not everyday you see those cars. After acquiring my badges it really hit me that this is happening and I'm going to the Cannes Lions Festival and that I'm in France like this is not a dream. I then went to the beach around 2:20 to catch up on my tan although I only tanned my front side because I was dripping in sweat after being there for a little bit and decided after being there for a little over an hour that it was time to head back to the dorms to relax a bit before dinner. I had gone to Greensushi with Hannah, Chase and Kyleigh, which was really delicious.
